KOCREF (Korea Corporate Restructuring real Estate Fund) is a REITs brand established and operated by KORAMCO asset in trust, since the establishement of the 1st KOCREF in 2002, as of the end of March 2018, a total of 38 REITs are established. Among them,13 were liquidated, currently 28 REITs are stably operated.
KOCREF, as Korea’s representative REITs products touting strong profitability and stability, are invested in large-sized offices of a certain value (worth KRW 80~100 billion) and retail facilities with a master lease structure.
In addition, quickly responding to rapidly changing real estate market trend, investor profit maximization is pursued through blind fund establishment and value added product launch utilizing this.
