KORAMCO tries to fulfill social responsibilities for sustinable social development and better life of a community. Because we know so well that companies cannot achieve susainable development without trust and support from the members of the society, as a corporate citizen, we value those responsibilities and obligations deeply and implement social contribution activities.

Since its first social contribution of KRW 140 million in 2007, KORAMCO has increased the budget for social contribution each year by 15%.
Through this, a total of KRW 2.6 billion was allocated as social contribution over 10 years, and we will continue to bring lights to darkness of society.

KORAMCO assigned five activitity areas for systematic social contribution (helping the underserved, fostering the talented, morale-boosting events for military personnel, employee volunteer works, and environment protection activities) and continue these activities with care.
In particular, we have strenghthened the support for non-metropolitan area, where there was not enough contribution, expanded the proportion of scholarship projects for the talented, and increased employee volunteer works.

Moreover, Koramco runs 'social responsibility implementation committee' composed of representatives of the company for sustainable and consistent social contribution activities and systematic planning. The social responsibility implementation committee leads active social contribution through regular meetings of each quarter.
